LED Illuminated Channel Letters – Manufactured with Precision
LED illuminated channel letters are a highly effective and energy efficient way to present your company name in lights. Custom crafted to your specific letter font and logo design, illuminated channel letters are the primary choice of businesses for building mounted exterior signage.
Front-Lit: Most common type of channel lettering; made of aluminum or plastic with inner illumination.
Reverse-Lit : Also known as halo lit channel letters; letters are made of stainless steel and are lit from the back creating an outer glow on the wall behind.
Front/Back Lit: Combines properties of both front-lit and reverse-lit for “double” illumination that is sure to grab some attention.
Open Face: Also known as exposed neon channel letters, the sign face is either clear or non-existent so the neon tubing is exposed. We have found a way to utilize the latest in LED lighting to achieve the look of neon without the high cost or maintenance associated with traditional neon signage.
Sign Cabinets and Pylon Signs - Illuminated Signage for Increased Visibility
Illuminated sign cabinets are an affordable and attractive alternative to individually illuminated channel letters. They can be manufactured in all shapes and sizes and attached directly to a building or incorporated into a freestanding design to create an attractive pylon or monument sign. All of our cabinets are carefully crafted using quality products and internally lit with energy efficient LED lighting.
The most common type of illuminated sign cabinet has an acrylic face and translucent vinyl graphics. We also offer a push-through sign cabinet, constructed from durable, solid aluminum with router cut acrylic letters that will illuminate and “pop out” from the face creating a 3D effect. With the numerous colour options available for your custom cabinet, including vinyl and LED lighting, the possibilities are endless!
Dimensional / 3D Letter Signs - Versatile and Effective
Dimensional letters are cut using a computer controlled CNC router, making it possible to create custom signage and logos with exact measurements. A variety of depths and substrates are available including aluminum, acrylic, PVC, sign foam, indoor and outdoor plastic, copper, brass and even bronze. For everything interior including lobbies, reception areas and boardrooms, non-illuminated lettering is the right choice.
Letters and logos can be flush mounted directly to a wall or onto another substrate to create stunning interior displays, plaques or custom directories. They can also be mounted using “stand offs” or installed onto a raceway or ledge. Businesses that are not open in the evenings can also benefit from non-illuminated dimensional lettering. Typically less expensive and with a lower profile than channel letters, this type of exterior signage offers a wide variety of custom finishes – even a textured appearance.
Vinyl Graphics – There is a Vinyl Solution for Everything
Vinyl is so versatile and is used in just about every sign we manufacture in some way – illuminated or not. Vinyl decals can be printed and contour cut in any shape and size and the different adhesives that are available allow for application onto our various sign substrates, vehicles, construction hoarding, walls, windows, doors, floors and even concrete! We are always careful to select the right vinyl for the job and use only the highest quality materials to ensure durability and longevity regardless of where it is installed.
Construction and site development signs, fascia signs, billboard signs, safety signs, parking lot signs, wayfinding signs, sandwich board or “A” frame signs, hard hat decals, wall murals, and vehicle wraps (to name just a few!) are all possible with vinyl. When paired with a premium laminate, we can create custom dry-erase boards for your office or jobsite. If visibility at night is a concern, we can even print your next sign or vehicle graphics on reflective vinyl!
